Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all filters, hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure full credit eligibility.

Ship the Item

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, as My Berkey is not responsible for items lost during transit.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
